After years of struggling on and off with plantar fasciitis, I opted for this low profile shoe with lots of toe room and flex, but still plenty of structure for long runs on roads or trails. The shoes snugly hold my feet in their natural shape, allowing plenty of movement, not forcing them around or into a more rigid form. The mesh is great for wet NC summers but also just fine for winter runs with good socks, even on snowy mountain trails. Another important feature for me is the lack of ornamental stitching across the toe area, allowing my toes maximum range of natural movement. These are excellent shoes.

These shoes are rad! They're my favorite shoes for traveling because I can do whatever I want &/or need in them. They have great arch support for trail running, hiking, or just plain long days on your feet. The tread is great on muddy trails or wet rocks. They're lightweight, fast drying, and super durable. I love em - high performance for outdoor needs on the trail or river, but still cozy and good-looking for hanging out!
