Warranty Information

All Astral products are guaranteed under warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable lifespan of the product.

If you believe that your Astral product has a manufacturing defect, discontinue use immediately and fill out the Warranty Form. Please note, continued use of a defective item may void the warranty.

Astral reserves the right to determine what is a manufacturing defect. This does not include normal wear and tear, product misuse, or accidental damage.

If found to be covered under warranty, Astral will replace the product. Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside the United States at this time. Approved warranty claims shipped within the United States may incur a shipping charge.
