Warranty Information

We have recently updated our warranty process. Please read below for more information.

All Astral products are guaranteed under warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable lifespan of the product.

If you believe that your Astral product has a manufacturing defect, discontinue use immediately and fill out the Warranty Form below. Please note, continued use of a defective item may void the warranty.

Astral reserves the right to determine what is a manufacturing defect. This does not include normal wear and tear, product misuse, or accidental damage.

If found to be covered under warranty, Astral will provide a gift card that can be redeemed on astraldesigns.com. Shipping charges will apply. Astral reserves the right to determine the value of the gift card.

For customers located Internationally: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to most international addresses. For addresses that our website does allow, shipping costs will be incurred and in many cases are quite high. We apologize up front for the frustration and disappointment this may cause. 

If you are located in the EU and your warranty is approved, you will be contacted by our partner Paddle People for next steps.

Please make sure to fill out all information on the Warranty claim form. This will ensure your warranty is processed in the most timely manner.


Here Is How It Works
  • Fill out all requested information on form and submit.

  • You will receive an email confirming your warranty claim submission.

  • Allow 2 weeks for resolution as warranties are processed in batches once a week.

  • If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks, do not fill out the warranty form again. Instead, please send your follow up request to info@astraldesigns.com. Submissions can sometimes be routed into a SPAM folder. We do our best to catch these, but miss a few sometimes!
