Astral Terms & Conditions

• Accounts will be evaluated on an annual basis.
• New Accounts must submit an Outfitter application, signed dealer agreement, and an
opening order.
• Astral Outfitter Accounts are non-transferable upon sale of the business. New
ownership will need to submit an application for approval.
• All new accounts are Prepay. Terms may be considered upon written request.
• All accounts past due will need to reach a “current” status before any further orders
are released.
• In case any invoice is past due for 90 days or more, customer will be liable for
covering total invoice amount as well as any collection costs and any legal fees which
are required for collection.
• There is a $20.00 fee on all returned checks.
• Preseason orders can be delayed a maximum 2 weeks past original requested ship
date.
• No returns will be accepted.
• All unauthorized returns without an RA#, in addition to any returns received in
second quality, will be charged a 15% restock fee.
• All shipments are FOB Salt Lake City, UT.
• All shipments are made via ground delivery and invoiced at published rates, unless
otherwise requested.
• Handling fee $2.50 per carton.
• Additional handling fee will be required for special bagging, labeling or other routing
guide requirements.
• Shipping insurance will only be applied if requested in writing on the PO.
• Astral does not allow 3rd Party selling without written consent.
• Invoices paid by credit card will incur a 4% processing fee.
