How long does it take to ship a product?
Shipping takes between 1-3 weeks on average, which is longer than we’ve experienced in the past. Most of this is due to transportation and supply chain challenges.
How long will it take for an order to go out once it is placed on the website?
Takes about one business day to ship from when it was placed on the website. This time can slightly increase during the holiday season.
How long will it take for my order to get to me once it leaves the warehouse?
Usually between 3-10 business days, but could take longer depending on other factors.
Do you offer free shipping?
No, we do not offer free ground shipping. You will be charged for shipping based on an estimate by the shipping carrier.
Can I pay extra for priority shipping?
Yes, you can select priority shipping if you need your product sooner than what ground shipping offers. Fees will apply.
How can I make a return?
Visit our Returns page, all you need is your order number and zip code, email or phone number to get started.
Are there any fees to return an item?
Returns will be charged a $10 shipping label fee. If you are exchanging an item, there is no shipping fee. We will accommodate returns within the US.
How long do I have to return an item?
Up to 45 days after purchase.
Do you offer international returns?
We are not able to facilitate international returns at this time.
Can I return a used item?
Condition should be new in order to refund you for your return.
How long does it take to process a return once it arrives back at our warehouse?
Once the item arrives back at the warehouse, it takes 3-5 business days to process a return. This time increases during the holidays and busy seasons.
When will I see the refund in my account?
Your refund will be processed upon receiving your return. You may not see your refund for a few more days after that as it can take banking institutions 3-5 business days to post the refund to your account.

What makes a purchase eligible for an exchange?
You are welcome to exchange with no extra charge for the following reasons:
- Different size
- Different color
- Replace an item that arrived damaged
- Received the wrong item
